Dear Families,
We are very excited to welcome you to the 2026-2027 school year.
As most of you are aware, we are in our brand-new building and very excited to welcome our returning and new students and staff to this beautiful new space. Please understand that we are all still learning about the new building and we appreciate your patience and understanding this week of school as we are settling in our new space.
FIRST WEEK SEPTEMBER SCHEDULE
Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 — from 8:55 am to 10:00 am
- Returning Students in Grades 1 – 7 will return to their last year’s class for one-hour session. Teachers will meet students outside on the gravel field.
- New Students and Parents to Stride will be welcomed by our Community School Coordinator, Ms. Khrishna on the field and accompanying them inside the building.
- All Students can be picked up from the same location where they started the day (on the field).
- Kindergarten Students entering the 2026-2027 school year DO NOT ATTEND from 9:00 to 10:00 am. Please follow the Gradual Entry Schedule previously sent to families.
Wednesday, September 9th, 2026 to Friday, September 11th, 2026 from 8:55 am to 3.00 pm
- Students in grades 1-7 return to their last year’s classes. Teachers will meet students outside on the gravel field. During the day they will receive information about the new temporary classroom.
- New Students will line up with the teacher who dismissed them on Tuesday. Teachers will meet students outside on the gravel field. During the day they will receive information about the new temporary classroom.
- Kindergarten families will attend the scheduled Gradual Entry and Welcoming Conversation. The teacher will meet the families on the field.
