The United Way is hosting a series of free cooking demonstrations at Stride and Edmonds schools. Each week will feature cuisine from a different culture. The chef instructor will demonstrate how to cook the food and will share information about that culture. The participants will then be hosted to an amazing lunch. Stories and recipes will be included in a public interview project at the Burnaby Village Museum and may be shared later in a cookbook.
Sessions are for ADULTS only (no childcare is provided). Registration for each session is required and space is limited to 20 people. Posters will be displayed at school for upcoming sessions (with registration information).

December 10 – Ethiopia at STRIDE
